Most appointments are scheduled during the afternoon hours on Tuesdays through Fridays (12:30 pm – 5:30 pm). A limited number of appointments are also offered on Saturdays.

Telehealth
The majority of clients prefer to be seen remotely from home or a workplace for their convenience. Unless specifically requested by local clients in Western NY, appointments are scheduled for telehealth only, and a link for confidential, HIPAA-compliant Zoom session will be provided. Prior to the first telehealth session, new clients are expected to sign consent forms. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to secure a quiet, private space where they can engage in therapeutic discussions without distractions. The therapist cannot and will not serve a client engaged in unrelated activities or in a moving vehicle. In such an event, the session will be regarded as a missed appointment at the discretion of the therapist. As clearly indicated in the agreed-upon telehealth consent form, no part of a therapy session should be recorded or reproduced by any means or device in any media format.
